This place is literally the worst when it comes to emergencies and customer service.
I received phenomenal care at this ER. I have no idea why some people are leaving bad reviews but I can only speak for myself. I had AMAZING care here and would definitely come here again if I ever had another medical emergency. 10/10 is an understatement. This breaks my scale!
Outstanding care, compassionate care, personal and treated like a human being! Nothing bad to say on my unfortunate need of surgery and aftercare! The care staff of 3 west were amazing! What a wonderful place with great staff!
I brought my dad in with chest discomforts and apparently that wasn't important enough for them to see him right away, sat us in the waiting room for 10 minutes while other people after us came in and were attended.
After being seen by the nurse they sent us back into the waiting room !!!! For another 10 minutes. To make matters worse after half an hour of waiting when we finally go into the ER they don't have enough rooms to put my dad in so they sit him in a stretcher in the hallway. It took approximately 1.5 hours for the nurse to put IV on him, when he has been dehydrated and without any food for the last couple days (this was communicated to the nurse upon arrival).
I honestly never had such exceptional service at an emergency room on 8.13.17. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The place itself was clean and pristine. My nurse and Doctor were amazing! I cannot thank their staff enough for being so thorough, kind, and showing skill and expertise throughout the time I was there. Highly recommend!
No ER wait times or any issues. They began taking my vitals and I was seen by a doctor ASAP. I got an IV that helped relieve some of the symptoms I had as well as a prescription to take home. It turns out I had mononucleosis. I got well within 2-3 weeks.
I had to go to the ER in July because I was very sick with a high fever that wouldn't go down despite the use of fever reducers as well as nearly collapsing in the bathroom. My mom took me to the ER at this hospital and immediately, I was taken in.
They could be a lot better. My dad had surgery and they could not find him. We found him and his room was filfty. I do know though that Chilton is now starting to get better then it was in the past. I know with me My iv stopped working I called for the nurse by the time the nurse came I should have fixed it myself. I had also nearly had surgery that I did not need. And being a diabetic they denined me from carrying cake icing on me I told them what if I crash they just said nothing.
